JENNY LEE COCKRELL
CEO
A born entrepreneur, Jenny grew up reading business and sales and marketing books, instead of People Magazine. Jenny started her own upscale shoe business in Greenville, SC at the age of 25. Later, she opened a restaurant, and in 2000, her current real estate company. Jenny’s company was the first of it’s kind to offer rental homes on the Internet. As the business grew, new branches of her company were formed: National Real Estate Services , Home Sales and Rental Store (Now managed by her husband), Jenny Lee Short Stays (hotel alternative), and Jenny Lee Premier Homes (Reimagined and flipped by Jenny) and Fliportunity/M10 (An online real estate education company). Jenny refers to herself as the ADHD CEO, one can see why!
MIKE COCKRELL
PRESIDENT/BIC
Mike is a graduate from the University of South Carolina. He spent 30 years working for major international companies as an electrical sales engineer, an area sales manager, and a corporate marketing director. Mike was named Sales Engineer of the Year and Area Manager of the Year during his time working with these companies. In 2000, Mike met Jenny as her first client. In 2005, Mike married Jenny and later in 2007, became a part of her growing company. Mike is a laid back guy who enjoys golf, public speaking, and helping people make money while simultaneously solving real estate problems.
