We have completed a total renovation of this charming 1938, craftsman bungalow. Fantastic location in the East hill / downtown area of Pensacola. Only 9 miles to beautiful Pensacola Beach. Look at the completely renovated custom designer kitchen including 1940's antique sink cabinet, original refurbished glass front cabinet with painted art background. Gorgeous black granite & cabinets. Definitely not a typical grayed out color scheme. Kitchen has full size stackable front loaded washer and dryer. Bathroom has been completely renovated with a reglazed original bathtub plus a gold vessel sink, black marble and complete tile surround of the bathtub. The appliances include, refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove plus a gas tankless hot water heater. Dining room has a coastal beaded chandelier with a bar that opens up to the kitchen with antique pendant lights. The designer has placed modern lighting in the kitchen and bathroom to compliment the 1940's art deco era. One of the rooms features an Original 1938 fireplace with art deco style brick. We've completely replaced the large front porch and now it's ready for a swing:-)

This home was built in 1938 and we acquired the home from the 2nd family to own it. It was vacant for many years before the family decided to sell. It needed a complete rehab: New Roof, New wiring, New plumbing. We were able to restore the original hardwood floors! The floor plan didn't change much, we opened part of the wall between dining and kitchen and closed a second door to a bedroom to add more usable space to the kitchen. The washer and dryer connections are in the kitchen. Front porch was rotten so much of the wood had to be replaced. All has been completed and the 1st people to view it rented it immediately! In our experience, we find people enjoy unique spaces over boring and predictable.
