The Home Sales and Rental Store is a modern service based real estate agency that offers attractive flat fee listings for property owners. We have been in business in Greenville SC for 21 years. We understand the market and will help you maximize your home sale opportunity.
We are Mike and Jenny Cockrell. We work together as a unique team. Mike is the broker in charge (BIC) of the Home Sales and Rental Store agency and will be the agent in the flat fee listings agreement. Jenny serves as administrator overseeing the variety of processes involved in the real estate transactions.
